On November 13th-16th 2018, the next edition of Formnext, world’s largest 3D Printing fair, will take place in Frankfurt. During this event, modern technological solutions, applied in various branches of industry, are presented. Manufacturers from around the globe gather in Frankfurt to present their innovative technological achievements for the first time here at Formnext. Among such new solutions this year will be the 500 MED VSHAPER 3D Printer created by VERASHAPE.

VSHAPER 500 MED 3D Printer was created to meet the growing demand of contemporary world for spatial printouts intended for use in medicine. The machine is characterized by a 420/420/440 mm workspace and an extruder equipped with two V-JET heads. The combination of these components enables efficient creation of high quality, precise 3D models.

A closed chamber with UV light, silver-based antibacterial powder coatings and a vacuum table provides perfect environment to create precise 3D Prints intended for medical applications - says Marek Kantowski, R&D Lead Engineer from VERASHAPE.

VSHAPER 500 MED together with other solutions offered by VERASHAPE will be available to view at stand 3.1-G88.

3D Printing technology is becoming an increasingly valuable tool in medical diseases treatment, fighting disabilities and increasing the effectiveness of complicated surgeries. The technology is already used to aid the creation of dental crowns, bone parts, blood vessels and hip-joints prosthetics – comments Marcin Szymański, VSHAPER Product Manager.

Every year, the event brings together a range of professionals responsible for making investment decisions in various industry sectors. It is estimated that this year’s edition will gather a record number of participants in the largest exhibition space so far.
